For the new 4funkyflavours store in The Style Outlets Amsterdam, we are looking for a representative and committed Shop Manager. Job description

• You work in an organised, structured manner and have a proactive and friendly sales attitude
• You have experience in managing Shop Advisors
• You have experience in setting up weekly schedules, sales campaigns, etc.
• You ensure tidy shop presentation, optimal stock management, correct cash management
• You have an excellent knowledge of all the items in the collections, including the various models and combinations of sets
• You ensure a perfect translation of the vision and image of 4funkyflavours
• You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language
• You are flexible, service oriented and commercially oriented
• You are 32-38 hours available (at least 1 day in the weekend)
• You are in function group D according to the Retail Non-Food CLA

• Interest in fashion and affinity with the 4funkyflavours brand
• MBO work and intellectual level
• Leadership qualities
• A representative appearance
• A commercial drive
• Strong communication skills
• A flexible attitude
