Thanks to the commitment of PostNL all orders will be delivered. There is a risk of delay of course. As soon as this situation changes we will communicate this here.
Now free shipping for all orders in the Netherlands and to Belgium.
Delivery is free within the Netherlands, to Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, for orders above € 50, in combination with a 4funkyflavours account. Create an account, or log in with your existing account during checkout.
Delivery is free for orders above € 100, in combination with a 4funkyflavours account, to the following countries:
Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
NB Additional costs for any additional services, such as evening delivery, are not included.
Free delivery (during 10 Funky Days)
During the 10 Funky Days delivery is free for orders above € 25. This is because the environmental impact is too high when we ship too small orders.
We work in partnership with PostNL, DHL and DPD to deliver orders. You can choose from multiple options when you place your order. You can then select your preferred service provider.
Some service providers offer additional options in respect of delivery times and delivery location. In that case, delivery can be made to the delivery address, a collection point, or the courier company's package dispenser near you. You use a card and the search function to select your choice.
Track & trace
You receive an email with track & trace information after the package has been despatched. You can then track the package on the service provider's website. The track & trace link, or tracking code, might not yet be active when you receive your email. If that is the case, you can try again later.
Every service provider has its own way of dealing with deliveries where the first attempt is unsuccessful.
Monitor the track & trace information, that is where all information is communicated. You will probably also find a note in your letter box with information about what to do in the case of a failed delivery.
On receipt of your delivery
Always check your order after you have received it. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer services department immediately.
You have 14 days to consider your purchase. If you do not wish to keep the items ordered, you can return these undamaged within 14 days. See the Returns page for more information.
