Due to the resulting rush during 10 Funky Days we are behind our normal schedule of processing returns. We are doing our utmost to be back to our normal processing time as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Cooling off period

When you make a purchase from 4funkyflavours' online store, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason (the so-called right of withdrawal). You may evaluate the item within this period, unless otherwise stated. The same applies if the item is reduced, or if the packaging has been opened (insofar as necessary to evaluate the item).

Please read this page carefully. It provides information about the returns policy, returning by post, or returning via an official store.

For the purposes of quality improvement, we would naturally like to know why you wish to return an item. You can state this on the returns form.

Please note: For queries about returning purchases from our concept store and outlet stores, please contact customer services.

Surprise box

The surprise box is considered as a single product. If at least one item does not meet expectations, the box must be returned in the complete configuration (box + contents) in which it was received.

Returns form

Please complete the returns form if you wish to return an item. Read our returns policy below.

You can also send an email to our customer services department. Ensure we are able to clearly deduce from your writing that you wish to exercise your right to dissolve the contract of sale (in part or in full). Check the returns form, so that you know what information we require.

You may also send an email to our customer services department to inform us about your return, but make sure you add the mandatory return form in your return shipment!

Returns policy

The following rules apply when you return an item:

  1. If you make use of the cooling off period, you have 30 days within which to send the item back to us. You bear the costs of return postage, 4funkyflavours will only refund these costs if you received the wrong item, or the item was delivered damaged.
  2. If you decide to dissolve the contract of sale in full, you return the whole order and you receive the amount you paid us, including delivery charges, by return within 14 days. If you selected a more expensive delivery option at the time, you will only be refunded the cost of the standard delivery method.
  3. If you opt for partial dissolution of the contract of sale, you return one or some of the items ordered and you receive the amount you paid us by return within 14 days.
  4. We will refund the money to the same bank account you used to pay us with.
  5. You are liable for any depreciation in the item's value as a result of use beyond that which is necessary to evaluate the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. You may not wash or dry the item.

Returns by post

You bear the costs of return postage, 4funkyflavours will only refund these costs of you received the wrong item, or the item was delivered damaged.

All items are inspected on receipt and processed as quickly as possible (within 14 days). You will receive a refund for the returned item, paid into the same account from which you paid us for the original purchase. You can also receive a voucher for a future purchase instead of a refund.

Returning items to an official store

You can also hand in an item or order in the Adults Outlet Eindhoven or Pilot Store Eindhoven. Bring the order confirmation with you, together with a completed returns form.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt in the shop and your return will be handled later at the office. All items will be inspected at the office upon receipt and processed as soon as possible (within 14 days). We will refund the money to the same bank account you used to pay us with.

No cash can be refunded in the store for purchases made in the online shop.


If you would like to exchange items for another size, for example, or another item, the following procedure applies:

1. Place a new order yourself & pay for it directly.
The advantage of this is that an item is reserved and shipped faster to you.
2. We will credit the returned items upon processing the return and refund the amount to your account/debit card.
This is standard procedure that will not be waived unless a discount code has been explicitly chosen (see bottom of page 2 of the return form).

For exchanges sent within the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not charge new shipping costs. We will therefore also include the original shipping costs when making the credit invoice.

NB For deliveries outside the Netherlands or Belgium, there is therefore no refund of shipping costs and, in fact, no real exchange.
