Important

  1. After receiving your order, please check the items, for example to see if you have received the correct size.
  2. Do not remove labels. Items can be returned provided they are unworn and have the labels attached.
  3. Use the return form included with your order.
  4. Do not use a Service Point as a return address!
  5. For queries about returning purchases from our (outlet) stores, please contact customer services.

Due to the resulting rush during 10 Funky Days we are behind our normal schedule of processing returns. We are doing our utmost to be back to our normal processing time as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Cooling off period

When you make a purchase from 4funkyflavours' online store, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason (the so-called right of withdrawal). You may evaluate the item within this period, unless otherwise stated. The same applies if the item is reduced, or if the packaging has been opened (insofar as necessary to evaluate the item).

For the purposes of quality improvement, we would naturally like to know why you wish to return an item. You can state this on the returns form.

Returns policy

The following rules apply when you return an item:

  1. Do not remove attached labels.
  2. If you make use of the cooling off period, you have 30 days within which to send the item back to us. You bear the costs of return postage, 4funkyflavours will only refund these costs if you received the wrong item, or the item was delivered damaged.
  3. If you decide to dissolve the contract of sale in full, you return the whole order and you receive the amount you paid us, including delivery charges, by return within 14 days. If you selected a more expensive delivery option at the time, you will only be refunded the cost of the standard delivery method.
  4. If you opt for partial dissolution of the contract of sale, you return one or some of the items ordered and you receive the amount you paid us by return within 14 days.
  5. We will refund the money to the same bank account you used to pay us with.
  6. You are liable for any depreciation in the item's value as a result of use beyond that which is necessary to evaluate the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. You may not wash or dry the item.

You can also send an email to our customer services department. Ensure we are able to clearly deduce from your writing that you wish to exercise your right to dissolve the contract of sale (in part or in full). Check the returns form, so that you know what information we require.

You may also send an email to our customer services department to inform us about your return, but make sure you add the mandatory return form in your return shipment!

Returns by post

A few things to bear in mind:

  1. The return form is included with your order. Please enclose this form with your parcel and send it to the return address below.
  2. It is no problem to return items from different orders in one package. Add multiple return forms, so it is clear which item comes from which order.
  3. Please use the packaging (transparent plastic bag) when packing an item. This reduces the chance of an item becoming dirty or damaged during shipping.
  4. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. 4funkyflavours will only reimburse these costs if you received the wrong item or if the item was delivered damaged.
  5. In the event of a possible defect or damaged item, please first contact us before returning the item. We can then look into a suitable solution.

Return address

It is not possible to use a PostNL/DHL Service Point as a return address! These parcels will be refused.

All items are inspected on receipt and processed as quickly as possible (within 14 days). You will receive a refund for the returned item, paid into the same account from which you paid us for the original purchase. You can also receive a voucher for a future purchase instead of a refund.

Returning items to an official store

You can also hand in an item or order in the 4funkyflavours Store Strijp-S. Please bring the return form that came with your order.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt in the shop and your return will be handled later at the office. All items will be inspected at the office upon receipt and processed as soon as possible (within 14 days). We will refund the money to the same bank account you used to pay us with.

No cash can be refunded in the store for purchases made in the online shop.
