Shipping

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, after receiving the payment. Usually this is within 1-2 working days. Depending on the selected delivery company and submitted options, your parcel will be delivered with or without the need of your signature. Please note that we can't change the delivery address once the parcel is dispatched.

Returns

You have the right to a 4 weeks trial period. Within this period you can judge and try the item to see if it fits (unless stated otherwise). If you are not happy with the purchase you can cancel and return it within the trial period without any reason. Sale items can be returned as well.

Due to Corona restrictions a trial/return period of 4 weeks is applicable.

Surprise box

The surprise box is considered as a single product. If at least one item does not meet expectations, the box must be returned in the complete configuration (box + contents) in which it was received.

Samples

A sample can have small deviations from the final product. Check and fit the item well, no guarantee is given, however, a sample can be returned within 14 days. Return costs are not refundable in case of sample items which may show minor defects.
